Prices

All prices from retailers price list are stated in Euro and net prices.

If your country is a member of the EU and you can tell us a valid VAT-Number, the gross price is identical to net price. Tax will not be levied. Otherwise each other has to pay 19% tax which we have to add additional to the price.

We also add primary costs for shipping. The value depends on the place of destination.

Maybe your country levies a duty. We have no influences in this cases and do not know how much it costs.

Payments

Nobody likes bad transactions and so we only accept cash with order. We are splitting such costs and our customers, who are not honest, will be warned with an price increase.

We will send your invoice in advance via e-mail.

Delivery

Delivery takes place insured from Dresden.

We implement your order as soon as possible. Normally the goods will be arive between within one week but for sure not until the money has arrived.

We will inform you about different delivery dates.

For instance: raw materials will not be delivered just in time. In this case you can choose, if you like to get your money back or wait some days longer.

Claim for defects

We are sure that our toys are in good order. The exclusive usage of harmless materials is an extra you will seldom find. To use the toys in the right way it`s the responsibility of the end customer. We are only liable for material defects (until 12 month after delivery). In justifiable cases we substitute the toy.

Damages during transport have to be reported to the shipping service provider immediately when receiving the product.

Countermand

There is no withdrawal or revocation right for business purchasers.

Information about the goods

Each toy is hand - made work and could in some cases be different to the pictures in our catalouge. This is not a shortcoming.

The functionality of the thermochromic colours lasts roughly one year. Within this time the colour changing will fade more and more and drop in the end. It is caused by the technique of colour production. Likewise this is not a shortcoming.

Place of jurisdiction

Place of delivery and place of jurisdiction for all liabilities of the legal relationship between you and us is the seat of SelfDelve: 01129 Dresden. German law is valid with exception of the UN-purchase right.
