Information about tenders and placing an order

Feel free to ask for our catalogue and the price list. The easiest way is to write us an e-mail. If you like, we submit an individual offer to you.

To place an order you only need to write an e-mail, fax, letter or give us a call. We confirm in written way (by e-mail) as fast as we can and tell you the expected date of delivery.

Information about prices

All prices from price list for retailers are in Euro and net prices.

If your country is a member of the EU and you can tell us a valid VAT-Number, gross is the same as net. Tax will not be levied. Each other has to pay 19% tax which we have to add to the price.

We also add costs for shipping. The value depends on the place of destination.

Maybe your country levies a duty. We are without influence to that and do not know how much it is.

Information about payments

Nobody likes bad depts and so we only accept cash with order. We ought to split such costs and wronging our honest customers with an price increase.

We will send your invoice in advance via e-mail.

Information about delivery

We implement your order as soon as possible. Normaly the goods will be forwarded between one week but not until the money has arrived. We will inform you about differently delivery dates.

For instance: raw materials will not be delivered in time. In this case you can choose, if you like to get the money back or wait some days longer.

You get the invoice with the parcel.

Information about countermand

There is no withdrawal or revocation for business purchasers.

The claims of defects are statury fixed.

Information about the goods

We are sure that our toys are safe. The exclusive usage of harmless materials is an extra you will seldom find. To use the toys in the right way is the charge of the end customer. So we are only liable for material defects. In justifiable cases we substitute the toy.

Each toy is handiwork and could be a little bit different to the picture. This is not a shortcoming.

The functionality of the thermochromic colours lasts roughly one year. Within this time the colour changing will fade more and more and drop in the end. It is caused by the technique of colour production. Likewise this is not a shortcoming.
