Information about countermands

You can give us a revocation within 2 weeks after your order. It is not necessary to explain your motive. Write us an e-mail, fax or letter and send the unused goods back.

We will refund your money to you. Please do not send the parcel without postage. We will also refund this. You only have to enclose your bank account data to the purchase return.

The claims of defects are statury fixed.

Information about the contract

If you have choosen anything, click the button “Add to Card”. You can see the obligatory price there. From shopping card you will be guided through the ordering process. After you filled in the forms and clicked the button “Order” we have a contract. Until this point you may change everything or cancel the order. We accept with sending an confirming e-mail which contains all details of your order.

Information about prices

All price includes german tax. The currency is Euro.

Outside of germany we add costs for shipping. The value depends on the place of destination. Please ask us.

Maybe your country levies a duty. We are without influence to that and do not know how much it is.

Information about payments

We only accept cash with order. We will send your invoice in advance via e-mail.

Information about delivery

Your parcel looks inconspicuous and contains your invoice. At the parcel you only can read Koschemann / Hellerhofstrasse 17 / 01129 Dresden as sender.

We implement your order as soon as possible. Normaly the goods will be forwarded between one week but not until the money has arrived. Three weeks are the maximum time to deliver.

Information about the goods

We are sure that our toys are safe. The exclusive usage of harmless materials is an extra you will seldom find. To use the toys in the right way is your own charge. So we are only liable for material defects. We substitute the toy in justifiable cases.

Each toy is handiwork and could be a little bit different to the picture. This is not a shortcoming.

The functionality of the thermochromic colours lasts roughly one year. The colour changing will fade more and more within this time and drop in the end. It is caused by the technique of colour production. Likewise this is not a shortcoming.
